摘要: 细胞程序性死亡(PCD)是一种由基因控制的、主动的细胞死亡过程,它对植物正常生长发育起重要作用。本文从植物PCD的特征,植物的营养生长、生殖生长以及与环境互作过程中存在的各种PCD,植物PCD发生的调控机制等方面的近期研究进行了综述。

Abstract: Programmed cell death (PCD) is an active and gene-regulated process which plays an important role in normal growth and development of plants. In this review, we summarize recent studies on the features of PCD in plants including the changes in cell morphology and the processing of DNA, the evidences for during vegetative and reproductive phase of plant development and the interactions of plant with environment, the mechanisms of regulation PCD in plants.
