摘要: 研究了2种培养基系统对10个马铃薯不同品种无叶芽茎段的愈伤组织诱导和植株再生的影响。试验结果表明:②号培养基系统(MS+0.01mg/L NAA+2mg/L BA+5mg/L GA3)适合于供试材料中的大多数品种。愈伤组织诱导效果最好的品种是克新16号,愈伤率为98.74%;植株再生率最高的品种也是克新16号,再生率达90.32%。

Abstract: Two media systems were collected to evaluate the percent of callus formation and shoot regeneration from ten potato varieties with their stem as explants. The results indicated: The number ② media system (MS+0.01mg/L NAA+2mg/L BA+5mg/L GA3)is suitable to the most of the ten potato varieties. The most efficient potato varieties is kexin No.16, Its percent of callus formation is 98.74% and shoot regeneration is 90.32%.
