锥花福禄考的组织培养及快速繁殖

摘要： 建立了完整有效的锥花福禄考复壮、快繁体系。用0.1%HgCl2对其顶端嫩茎消毒9min效果最佳。接种在 and MS +BA1.0+NAA0.1 +30g糖固体培养基中分化率最高，而在增殖、扩繁阶段MS +BA0.5+ IBA 0.3 +30g糖效果最好，采用瓶外生根技术移栽成活率高，同时缩短了试管苗的繁殖周期。

Abstract: An efficiency system of propagation in vitro of Phlox paniculata.L.was developed. The optimum sterilization of young shoots was 9 minutes with 0.1% HgCl2. The best effect of explants was cultured on MS +BA1.0+NAA0.1 +30g sugar and the best effect of multiplication was cultured on MS +BA0.5+ IBA 0.3 +30g sugar. The survival rate of transplant was the hightest by rooting in nurery and the propagation periods were the shortest.
