Game Analysis of the Rural Informatization Products in the Rural Informatization progress under Asymmetric Information

摘要: 中国农村信息化的推进过程中形成的农村信息化产品市场是一个典型的信息不对称市场。本文提出三类主要角色,政府、企业和农户,在此基础上重点对以企业和农户为代表的买卖双方的博弈作主要分析。通过对信息产品供应商对信息产品价格策略的选择与消费者的购买决策所构成的信息不完全动态博弈的分析得到结果:信息产品供应商可以利用自己相对于农村消费者的信息优势,对信息产品的成本、作用、需求等因素进行包装与宣传,影响消费者对信息产品价格的判断,最终达到使消费者做出接受涨价决策的目的,从而实现高额利润。表明使农村信息化进程中的信息产品价格合理化的关键因素在于降低信息的不对称性。

Abstract: Rural informatization is a complex and systemic engineering, which deals with a lot of participation roles. In this article we suggest three main roles(the government, enterprise and the peasant household) in rural informatization product market, and on this basis we mainly study two kinds of roles: the enterprise and the peasant household, and we mainly analysis the games between the enterprise and the peasant household in order to get some results from the analysis. We think that the key factor is to reduce the information asymmetry in rural informatization market, from which we can make the price of informatization products at a reasonable level.
