Abstract: Murcott is a late-maturing ,high quality,high-yield hybrid citrus varieties.It has very important value of development and utilization. The sciencists in America，Braize and Taiwan do a lot of research of cultivation and management techniques and storage technique of Murcott.They have got a certain achievements.Research status and mainprogress were summarized from these aspects, which were biological characteristics, the study on culture technique, the study on storage technology and biotechnology research .The article gives some advice for future work.
