植物抗(耐)盐碱基因的克隆

摘要:
土壤盐渍化是一个世界性的生态问题,与传统的水利工程改良措施相比,挖掘盐生植物的生物潜力对实现盐渍土的生物改良和有效利用具有重要作用。本实验所用材料为藜科植物盐爪爪,提取高质量的核酸是对盐爪爪进行分子研究的前提和基础,也是进行植物耐盐基因工程研究的基础。因此,本实验研究了盐爪爪核酸的提取方法,所得结果为盐爪爪耐盐机理的进一步研究奠定基础,也为其它植物的核酸提取提供借鉴。
关键词: 3%多抗霉素水剂, 3%多抗霉素水剂, 苹果落叶半点病, 药效试验
Abstract:
The soil salinization is an ecological problem in a world. Compared with improving the measure in traditional hydraulic engineering, unearthing creature potential of halophytes plays a significant role in creature improvement and effective usage of salty soil. The material used in this research is Kalidium foliatum (Pall.)Moq. in Chenopodiaceae. Extracting high-quality nucleic acid is basis and premise, is also basis of research on plant genetic engineering. So, the methods of nucleic acid extraction in Kalidium foliatum (Pall.) Moq. were study in the experiment, the result will lay the foundation for more in-depth study of salt-resistant mechanism,and will also provide useful experience and lessons for nucleic acid extraction of other plant.
