摘要：

利用国兰与大花蕙兰杂交进行新品种的选育是兰属的育种趋势。笔者对近年来国兰、大花蕙兰的杂交育种及无菌播种取得的成果进行总结，并从杂交亲本的选择及核型分析应用2个方面概述国兰与大花蕙兰种间的杂交育种进展，主要分析基本培养基、激素及有机添加物等对国兰与大花蕙兰无菌播种的影响。指出其中存在的一些主要问题，并对其育种趋势进行展望。

Abstract:

Hybridization between Chinese Orchid and hybrid Cymbidium is the breeding trend of Cymbidium species. Achievements on cross breeding and aseptic seeding of Chinese orchid and hybrid Cymbidium were summarized in recent years, and the cross breeding between Chinese Orchid and hybrid Cymbidium were overviewed in two aspects the choice of hybrid parents and karyotype analysis applications，mainly analyzed the influence of the basic medium, growth regulators and organic additives on aseptic seeding. Finally pointed out some key issues, and discussed the breeding and research directions in the future.
