双波长反射法快速测定植株中的硝酸盐

Fast Determining the Nitrate Contents in a Plant Sample Using a Reflectometer Based on Double Wavelength Technology

摘要:

为了找到一种新的快速检测植株中硝酸盐的方法,自主研制了YN-FS反射仪进行试验,通过标准溶液试验、多个植株样品的回收率实验、以及其与硝酸试粉法的对比试验,研究双波长反射法快速检测植株中硝酸盐含量的可行性。结果表明:硝酸盐含量为1.0~50.0 μg/mL时,双波长反射法快速测定植株中硝酸盐的回收率为92.8%~107.9%,测试的相对标准偏差为2.4%~4.6%,测值与标准值的绝对误差在10%以内,且其与硝酸试粉法测值呈极显著相关关系(r=0.999)。这说明双波长反射法快速检测植株中硝酸盐含量的方法是稳定可靠的,可推广使用。

Abstract:

In order to find a new fast method for testing nitrate in plant, we developed reflectometry YN-FS to test. Through the tests of standard samples, recoveries of samples, and contrast experiment with standard method, our purpose is to verify the feasibility of this new method. When nitrate content was 1.0-50.0 μg/mL, the experimental results showed that the recovery rate of standard addition method was up to 92.8%-107.9%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) reached 2.4%-4.6%. Also, the absolute error was less than 10%, there was highly significant positive correlation (r=0.999) between double wavelength reflection and nitric acid reduction method. Research found that using reflectometry based on double wavelength technology to test nitrate contents in a plant sample is stable and reliable.
