微生物菌肥对温室黄瓜生长、产量及品质的影响

Effects of Microbial Fertilizers on the Growth, Yield and Quality of Cucumber in Greenhouse Cultivation

摘要:

为了研究不同的微生物菌肥对温室作物的影响,采用随机区组法探讨了连茬王、护根宝和木霉菌肥3种微生物菌肥处理对温室黄瓜生长、产量及品质的影响,同时进行投入及产出分析。结果表明,3种微生物菌肥均能不同程度地提高温室黄瓜的总生物量、茎粗、叶面积指数、叶片数、根活力及叶片的光合特性,同时可以改善黄瓜果实的品质,显著降低其硝酸盐的含量。通过投入产出分析可知,3种微生物菌肥均能提高温室黄瓜的经济效益,其中以200 kg/hm2的木霉菌和连茬王处理的经济效益要好于其他处理。总之,木霉菌对黄瓜产量和品质的提高要好于连茬王和护根宝处理。

Abstract:

This research was performed to study the effects of 3 different microbial fertilizers (Lianchawang, Hugenbao and Trichoderma microbial fertilizers) on the growth, yield and quality of cucumber in greenhouse cultivation. The results showed that the microbial fertilizers improved greenhouse cucumber total biomass, stem diameter, leaf area index, leaf number, root activity and photosynthetic characteristics compared to the control, and also decreased nitrate salt content in greenhouse cucumber fruit. According to the input-output analysis, the microbial fertilizers could increase the profits compared to the control, especially 200 kg/hm2 of Trichoderma and Lianchawang microbial fertilizers. In general, Trichoderma microbial fertilizer was better compared to the others.
