摘要:

文章综述了重金属离子在昆虫体内累积的主要影响因子、分布规律与排泄的过程及机制。指出重金属在昆虫体内的积累是一个连续的、动态的过程,其累积水平主要取决于昆虫受胁迫时间的长短、取食量的大小、对重金属的排泄能力等,主要累积部位是消化道。而通过排便、蜕皮以及变态排泄重金属是昆虫的几种重要的解毒方式。文章建议加大重金属对昆虫污染的研究力度,并在毒性机制等领域开展持续多代的探讨。

Abstract:

This study reviewed the main factors of accumulation, distribution and excretion of some significant environmental pollutants in insects. It is found that accumulation of heavy metals was a continuous and dynamic process, which depends largely on the stress time, feeding amount, and excretion capacity of heavy metals for insects. And the pollutants are mainly accumulated in digestive tracts. Detoxification of insects to those heavy metals is by means of feces, ecdysis molt and metamorphosis. It is suggested that future study should focus on metal pollution to insects in successive generations.
