氯嘧磺隆降解菌的分离鉴定及其降解特性

摘要:

为了解决土壤中氯嘧磺隆残留对土壤的危害问题,从长期施用氯嘧磺隆的土壤中分离出1株对氯嘧磺隆有降解作用的菌株。通过采用生理生化、16S rDNA鉴定及高效液相色谱法,研究了其生理生化特性和降解特性。结果表明,该菌株为假单胞菌(Pseudomonas sp.),最适生长温度30~35℃,pH 5~6,最佳接种量为5%。最终得出结论该菌在最适生长条件下,以100 mg/L的氯嘧磺隆为唯一氮源的培养基中培养5天,其降解率达到80%以上,与L-7混合后其降解率提高到90%以上。

Abstract:

In order to solve the soil chloride-ethyl residue on the soil of hazards, from the long-term application of chlorimuron-ethyl in soil isolated one pair of chlorimuron-ethyl with degradation of the strain. Through the use of physiological and biochemical, 16S rDNA identification and high-performance liquid chromatography was to study the physiological and biochemical characteristics, and degradation characteristics. The results showed that, the strain of Pseudomonas, the optimum growth temperature of 30-35℃, pH 5-6, the best inoculum size was 5%. Ultimately concluded that, the optimum growth conditions in bacteria could be 100 mg/L of ethyl chloride as the sole nitrogen source in the medium, and cultured for 5 days, the degradation rate of 80%, mixed with its L-7 degradation rate to 90%.
