新几内亚凤仙水培与土培根系特性的比较

Study on Roots Characteristics of Impatients hawkeri under Hydroponics and Soil Culture

摘要:

为了研究新几内亚凤仙根系对水培的适应性,以新几内亚凤仙‘爪哇岛’品种为试验材料,通过采用MS营养液水培、园土+蛭石+珍珠岩土培2种处理,观察根系外观形态、分析根系活力、解剖根系组织。研究结果表明:新几内亚凤仙在水培时,根系生长迅速,长势健壮,比土壤培养根重量增加60%;部分薄壁组织分解,通气空隙大大增加;根系活力比土培时提高41%。表明新几内亚凤仙是一种易于进行水培的花卉;利用水培可以显著加快其形成商品植株,同时提高商品植株的质量。

Abstract:

The present test was undertaken with Impatients hawkeri ‘Java’ to find out the root adaptability of Impatients hawkeri under hydroponics culture, and the conclusions were drawn by roots structure dissection, and the survey of relative morphological indexes and activity of root system through hydroponics and soil culture. It was proved that the hydroponic roots grew faster and had 60% increase in weight, part of parenchyma decompounded and the ventilating lacuna increased, and the roots activity was enhanced 41% than that of soil culture. Therefore, Impatients hawkeri was adapted to hydroponics and which could be cultivated as an excellent commercial plant.
