摘要：

为了有效开展长江中下游地区青虾规模化养殖等工作。本研究简要总结青虾基础生物学、生化组成、细胞遗传学、生化遗传学、分子遗传学及基因组学等方面的主要研究成果，并对青虾种质资源的保护利用提出了一些意见。旨在为青虾种质资源的合理利用和保护提参考资料。

Abstract:

Large-scale production of oriental river prawn has been carried out in the middle-lower reaches of the Yangtze River. This article summarized the major results in study on basic biology, biochemical composition, cell genetics, biochemical genetics, molecular genetics and genomics in oriental river prawn and proposed some protection strategies, thus for reference of protect and utilization the germplasm resources of oriental river prawn legitimately.
