Design of the Wireless Monitor for Temperature and Humidity of Large-scale Chicken Farm Environment

摘要:

为实现鸡舍内温湿度的远程监控,便于适时调整舍内的温湿度。基于无线单片机CC1110、数字温度传感器DS18B20、湿敏电容湿度传感器KSC-6V和微型液晶显示器1602LCD,设计了鸡舍环境温湿度微型无线监测仪的硬件电路及其C语言驱动程序。该监测仪精度高、成本低廉、结构简单、安装操作方便,且信号传输距离远,能够满足鸡生长过程中对温湿度监测的要求,具有很好的应用价值。

Abstract:

To realize the remote monitoring and being convenient for adjusting the temperature and humidity in henhouse timely, based on wireless single chip CC1110, digital temperature sensor DS18B20, wet humidity was a sensor and micro liquid crystal display 1602LCD, the hardware circuit and its C language driver in miniature wireless monitor of the environmental temperature and humidity in henhouse have been designed. The precision of this monitor was high and cost low with a simple structure, it has high reliability and easy to maintain, what’s more, the transmission distance of signals was farther, the equipment was able to satisfy requirements on temperature and humidity monitoring in the growth of chicken process properly, as a result, its application was of great value.
