春兰名品杂交后代快繁与分化研究

摘要:

为了解决采用传统方法繁殖春兰速度慢的问题,对春兰名品‘集圆’与‘如意素’杂交获得的根状茎进行增殖与分化研究。设置不同的基本培养基、6-BA、NAA、IBA,探讨其对根状茎增殖与分化的影响。结果表明,1/2MS为春兰杂交根状茎的最适培养基;最佳增殖培养基为1/2MS+NAA 5.0 mg/L+6-BA 0.5 mg/L,1/2MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L +6-BA 2.0 mg/L对根状茎的分化效果最好。组培快繁与分化是加快新品种培育的重要方法与手段。

Abstract:

The aim was to study the rapid propagation and differentiation of rhizomes of Cymbidium goeringii ‘Jiyuan’ and ‘Ruyisu’. Four factors including basic medium, 6-BA, NAA and IBA were designed to study the effects on rapid propagation and differentiation of rhizomes. The most appropriate cultivating medium was 1/2MS. 1/2MS+NAA 5.0 mg/L+6-BA 0.5 mg/L was the best propagation medium and the rhizomes differentiates in high rate on 1/2MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L +6-BA 2.0 mg/L. Propagation and differentiation in vitro culture were the important means and methods for speeding up the cultivation of new varieties.
