摘要：

伴随高等教育大众化的进程，我国高校招生规模不断扩大，大学生就业总量逐年走高。而社会就业需求量难以满足不断增长的大学生就业供给量，需求与供给关系的不平衡，加剧了大学生就业结构性矛盾。本文在分析高等农业院校计算机类大学生就业现状基础上，结合对北京农学院计算机专业学生的就业调研情况，探讨了当前农业院校大学生存在的就业问题和就业能力水平，并以提升就业能力为导向，研究了高等农业院校计算机专业应用型人才培养模式的改革方法

Abstract:

As the popularization of Chinese higher education，the total enrollment of universities and colleges in China has increased year by year．This high enrollment makes the imbalance of demand and supply，which further worsen the students’ employment situation．On the basis of analyzing the situation of students’ employment situation, according to the questionnaire of Beijing agricultural university student's employment situation, this paper discusses the problem of college student employment’s ability，and taking employment as the orientation， researches the reform’s method of training applied talents of computer professional in detail
