不同生境中马缨丹不同部位水提液的化感效应研究

Aallelopathy Effect of Aqueous Extracts of Invasive Plant Lantana camara of Different Parts in Different Habitat

摘要: 为研究外来入侵植物马缨丹在热带地区不同生境中入侵的化学机制,采用室内生物监测法,以热带豆科牧草柱花草为受体,研究不同生境中马缨丹植株不同部位的水提液的化感作用。结果表明,不同生境中以及马缨丹植株不同部位的水提液对热带豆科牧草柱花草种子的萌发和幼芽幼根的生长均有明显的抑制效应,随着水提液浓度的增加,种子的发芽率、发芽指数下降,幼芽、幼根的长度缩短,抑制指数上升,但不同生境中的马缨丹水提液对柱花草种子的发芽率、发芽指数和芽长的抑制作用差异不显著,而对根长的抑制作用差异显著;马缨丹植株的根、茎、叶各部位的水提液对柱花草种子的发芽率、发芽指数以及幼芽、幼根生长的抑制作用差异不显著。结果说明马缨丹在不同生境中其不同部位均能产生较强的化感作用物质,以抑制其他植物种子的萌发和生长,而且在温暖湿润的生境中其化感作用显著高于高温干旱的生境中。

Abstract: The aim was to study the chemical mechanism of Lantana camara invasion in different habitats in the tropical regions. Receptors of the tropical legume Stylosanthes guianensis, the allelopathic effects of aqueous extracts from different parts of Lantana camara in different habitat were studied by baboratory bioassay in this paper. The results showed that, the aqueous extracts from the different habitats and different parts of Lantana camara had a visible inhibitory effect on seed germination and seedling growth of Stylosanthes guianensis. The seed germination rate, germination index, bud length and root length of Stylosanthes guianensis were all reduced, the inhibition index were increased in the meantime, and the inhibitory effects generally increased with increasing concentrations. But the inhibitory effects of aqueous extracts from the different habitats had no significant effects on the seed germination rate, germination index and bud length, but significantly affected root length. The inhibitory effects of aqueous extracts from the different parts of Lantana camara were no significant difference on the seed germination rate and germination index, bud length and root length of Stylosanthes guianensis. It indicated that Lantana camara in the different habitats and in different parts can produce a strong allelopathic substance, to inhibit the germination and growth of other plant seeds. And in warm and humid environment allelopathy was stronger than that in high temperature and drought environment.
