不育系P88S在湖南和海南的育性差性分析

Fertility Differences Analysis of P88S in Hunan and Hainan

摘要: 为了分析同一品种的超级杂交稻在不同气候区域的育性表现,选用不育系为P88S,分别在海南、湖南2个气候区域进行研究。结果表明:(1)同一不育系在不同的气候区域其敏感期存在很大差异,不育系P88S在湖南长沙的敏感期处在第Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ期。不育系P88S在海南海口有2个敏感期,第一敏感期处在Ⅱ、Ⅲ期,第二敏感期处在Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ期内。(2)在自然条件下,2010年5月5日至5月9日在海口,不育系P88S花粉不育度在67.24%~85.60%之间波动,5月11日至10月18日花粉不育度均>99.5%,自交结实率几乎都<0.5%,波动很小;2010年7月17日至10月7日在长沙,不育系P88S花粉不育度几乎都在>98.0%以上,只有9月9日、9月11日、9月13日这3天的花粉不育度比较小,分别是86.08%、90.31%、92.38%。自交结实率波动比较大,在0.29%~9.81%之间波动,育种不安全。

Abstract: In order to analyze the fertility expression of one kind of super hybrid rice, we selected the photo-/ thermo-sensitive genetic male lines P88S, two different climatic regions were in Hainan and Hunan. The results showed that: in the same CMS in different climatic regions, there was a big difference in their sensitive period, P88S in Changsha, the sensitive periods in the previous three, i.e.Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴperiod. In Haikou, there were two sensitive periods, the first sensitive period inⅡ,Ⅲperiod, the second inⅣ,Ⅴ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ,Ⅶperiod. Under natural conditions, in Haikou from May 5 to May 9, the pollen infertility fluctuated from 67.24% to 85.60%. The pollen sterility was greater than 99.50% from 11 May to 18 October; seed-setting rates were all less than 0.50%. In Changsha, CMS P88S in 2010 from July 17 to October 7, pollen sterility was almost all of > 98.0%, only three days except, there were September 9, September 11 and September 13, there were 86.08%, 90.31%, 92.38%. Seed setting rate volatility was relatively large, fluctuated from 0.29% to 9.81%, breeding insecurity.
