摘要:

简述了光谱反射法的原理和特性,归纳了草坪草胁迫研究中常用的光谱反射指标,并着重分析了该方法在草坪草病虫害、干旱、践踏、营养、盐分等胁迫研究中的应用现状,认为该方法能快速、简单、精确的鉴定草坪草胁迫状况,是评估草坪草生理状态、预测其营养状况等的一种非常有效的分析手段,指出其在草坪胁迫研究中有广泛的应用前景。此外,还总结了光谱反射数据的转换和平滑处理方法,指出光谱反射数据的合理处理对相关性分析及预测模型建立的重要性,以期为国内草坪草生理研究者和草坪管理者提供一个新的方法和思路。

Abstract:

This paper briefly discussed the principles and characteristics of spectral reflectance. Commonly used reflectance index in turfgrass stress research was introduced. The application of spectral reflectance in turfgrass stress research, such as pest, drought, traffic, nutrient, salinity stress was analysed separately. It suggested that spectral reflectance is a fast, easy, and accurate tool for identification of biotic and abiotic stress, assessment of plant physiological status, prediction of nutrient availability for turfgrass, indicating its broad application prospects in turfgrass research. This review also summarised the data transformation and smooth manipulation method, the importance of the data handling for correlation analysis and prediction model was emphasised. The purpose of this review is to provide a new method and angle for domestic turfgrass physiologist and turfgrass managers.
