Abstract: Industry-University-Institution cooperation which was based on technology innovation was an abutting-joint and linkage of upstream, midstream, downstream. Regional agricultural colleges and universities, as an important part of higher education system, were fresh troops who commit to regional economic and social development. Dynamic factors of Industry-University-Institution cooperation in regional agricultural colleges and universities mainly involved internal impetus of economic interest, social interest and external impetus of market demand and government supports. To construct dynamic mechanism of Industry-University-Institution cooperation in regional agricultural colleges and universities, to promote efficient allocation of production factors and labors factors and facilitate high efficiency of scientific achievements’ transformation were effective ways and inevitable choices of promoting regional Industry-University-Institution cooperation level and speeding up the construction of regional originality system.
