棕榈酸甲酯对植食螨的室内生物活性及与Silwet L-77混配毒力测试

Indoor Bioactivity of Methyl Palmitate Acting on Phytophagous Mites and Synergetic Effect of Industrial Methyl Palmitate Mixed with Silwet L-77

摘要: 为了考察棕榈酸甲酯对植食螨的室内生物活性以及开发杀螨剂的应用价值。本研究以朱砂叶螨(Tetranychus cinnabarinus)为研究对象,从触杀和忌避2个角度研究了棕榈酸甲酯的活性。结果表明:纯品棕榈酸甲酯对朱砂叶螨雌成螨有触杀作用、忌避作用;工业棕榈酸甲酯与Silwet L-77混合后提高了棕榈酸甲酯的杀螨效果,其中8 mg/mL×200 μL/L、5 mg/mL×400 μL/L、8 mg/mL×400 μL/L混配毒杀朱砂叶螨的死亡率达到90%以上,是理想的混配方案,以期为开发商品制剂提供参考依据。

Abstract: In order to investigate the indoor biological activity and practical application value of methyl palmitate,the bioactivity of phytophagous mites contacting with methyl palmitate were studied. Methyl palmitate was demonstrated to have acaricide and repellent effect on adult carmine spider mite Tetranychus cinnabarinus. There were synergetic effects of the industrial methyl palmitate and Silwet L-77 on contacting adult T. cinnabarinus. The better paired compounding between methyl palmitate and Silwet L-77 were 8 mg/mL×200 μL/L, 5mg/mL×400 μL/L and 8mg/mL×400 μL/L. These mixing ratio would provided evidence for acaricide production.
