密集烤房优化升级改造对烤后烟叶品质影响研究

Research on the Effect of Optimization and Upgrade of Bulk Curing Barn on the Flue-cured Tobacco Quality

摘要: 为了改进密集烤房散热系统的使用材质和设计结构,成本低廉、取材方便、经久耐用的耐火材料或陶火管散热系统被使用并对供热系统风机进行优化,与钢质材料散热系统进行对比试验。结果表明,耐火材料散热器并风机系统优化的密集烤房供热排湿性能明显提高,换热效率增加1%左右,升温速度提高1.17℃/h和烘烤后烟叶中上等烟叶比例、公顷产值、均价分别提高了2.82%、392.24元、1元/kg,且烤后烟叶内在质量和感官评吸质量较好。

Abstract: In order to improve the used materials and design structure of the heat radiating system of the bulk curing barn, the low cost, convenient, durable refractory or ceramic fire tube heat dissipating system was used. The contrast test of the ceramic fire tube heat dissipating system to the steel-made heat system used in practice was completed. The results showed that the heating dehumidifying performance of the bulk curing barn by optimizing the heating system fan increased obviously, the heat exchange efficiency enhanced about 1%, the temperature rising speed enhanced 1.17℃/h and the proportion of mid high grade leaves,production value/ hm2 and average price of the flue-cured tobacco leaf respectively increased by 2.82%, 392.24 yuan and 1 yuan/kg, compared to the steel-made heat system used in practice. The inner quality and sensory smoking quality of flue-cured tobacco leaf were improved significantly.
