广西油茶主栽无性系低温半致死温度与耐寒性研究

The Research of Semi-lethal Temperature and Cold Tolerance of Camellia oleifera Cultivars Clones in Guangxi

摘要: 为了鉴定广西主栽无性系的耐寒性,采用电导法测定广西主栽的4个油茶无性系‘岑软2号’、‘岑软3号’、‘岑软22号’和‘岑软24号’在不同低温下细胞膜透性的变化,配合Logistic方程,分别求出低温半致死温度(LT50)。结果表明:随着温度的降低,细胞伤害率呈“S”型曲线变化,与温度呈极显著负相关;4个无性系的低温半致死温度分别为-9.0℃、-12.6℃、-9.9℃、-10.8℃,耐寒性由强到弱依次为:‘岑软3号’>‘岑软24号’>‘岑软22号’>‘岑软2号’。

Abstract: In order to identify the cold tolerance of Camellia oleifera clones cultivars in Guangxi, the changes of cell membrane permeability at different low temperature of‘Cenruan 2’,‘Cenruan 3’,‘Cenruan 22’and‘Cenruan 24’were measured using the conductance method. The semi-lethal temperature (LT50) of 4 clones was obtained with the logistic equation. The results showed that: as the temperature decreases, cell injury rate was S-shaped curve, and temperature was highly significant negative correlation. The semi-lethal temperature of four clones was respectively: -9.0℃, -12.6℃, -9.9℃, -10.8℃. The order of cold resistance from strong to weak was:‘Cenruan 3’>‘Cenruan 24’>‘Cenruan 22’>‘Cenruan 2’.
