敌敌畏对雄性小鼠生殖器官重量指数及性激素水平的影响

Effects of Dichlorfos on Weight Indexes of Reproductive Organs and Testosterone Level in Mature Male Mice

摘要: 为了探讨敌敌畏对成熟雄性小鼠生殖器官重量指数及血清中睾酮(T)水平的影响,将30只成熟雄性小鼠随机分为五组,一组为空白对照组,给予蒸馏水;其余四组为染毒组,每日分别用低剂量(5.0 mg/kg)、中剂量(10.0 mg/kg)、高剂量(20.0 mg/kg)、极高剂量(40.0 mg/kg)的敌敌畏灌胃,16天后测定睾丸、附睾、精囊重量指数和T水平。实验结果表明:与空白对照组相比,染毒组的附睾指数、精囊指数均显著降低(P<0.05);中、高、极高剂量染毒组的睾丸指数均显著降低(P<0.05);染毒组T水平均低于空白对照组,其中极高剂量染毒组T水平最低,差异显著(P<0.05)。结果显示:敌敌畏能降低雄性小鼠生殖器官指数和T水平,从而影响雄性小鼠的生殖系统。

Abstract: In order to explore the effects of Dichlorfos on reproductive organ exponent and sex hormone levels in mature mice. 30 mature male mice were randomly divided into 5 groups. The 4 groups were experimental groups, treated with low (5.0 mg/kg), middle (10.0 mg/kg), high (20.0 mg/kg) and extremely high (40.0 mg/kg) doses of Dichlorfos for 16 consecutive days by gavage. The other was control group, treated with distilled water by gavage at the same volume. The testicle, epididymis and seminal vesicle indexes were weighted and the level of testosterone (T) was measured after 16 days. The results showed that, compared with control group, the epididymis and seminal vesicle indexes decreased significantly (P<0.05) in all experimental groups; the testicle index decreased significantly (P<0.05) in the middle, high and extremely high doses; T level of extremely high dose group was the lowest in the four experimental groups and decreased significantly (P<0.05). It was suggested that Dichlorfos could decrease mature male mice’s reproductive organ indexes and level of T, which consequently damage the mature male mice’s reproductive system.
