配方施肥对枸杞果实3种化学成分的影响

The Effect of Formula Fertilization on 3 Kinds of Chemical Components of Chinese Wolfberry Fruit

摘要: 为了研究NPK施肥量与枸杞果实化学成分之间的关系,提高肥料效率,通过使用N、P、K对盛果期枸杞进行配方施肥试验,测定了枸杞的氨基酸、甜菜碱、黄酮类物质含量。结果表明,NPK对枸杞氨基酸、甜菜碱、黄酮类物质3种化学成分的差异显著,3种化学成分均随着NPK的施入量的增加而增加,增加到一定量时不再增加,NPK肥对3种化学成分达到较大值的组合配方分别为N2P4K3、N3P3K3、N3P4K2,综合分析得出NPK对3种化学成分影响加大的组合配方分别为N3P4K3,以期为配方施肥对枸杞氨基酸、甜菜碱、黄酮类物质含量的影响等提供理论依据。

Abstract: By using a full productive aged Lycium barbarum L. as the tested material, different amounts of N-P-K fertilizer were applied to study their effects on the chemical constituents, such as the contents of amino acid, betaine, and flavonoids. The results showed that: there were significant variations in different treatments. The contents of all 3 chemical constituents presented obvious rise and tended to be stable when the application of N-P-K fertilizer reached to a certain amount. The greater combination were N2P4K3, N3P3K3 and N3P4K2, while the combination which increased the effects of all 3 chemical constituents was N3P4K3. It could provide theoretical basis for the relationship between the contents of amino acid, betaine, and flavonoids and N-P-K fertilizer in Lycium.barbarum L. planting.
