Abstract: To provide employment recommendation information for migrant workers more specific and promote the transfer of rural surplus labor, we integrate the decision tree model and vector space model into hierarchical structure representation method, analyze the characteristics of personalized employment recommendation service for migrant workers, combine the basic characteristics of the migrant workers with their concrete operation for job wanted on the network, then establish an employment characteristics model for migrant workers. The results showed that, the model can represent the employment characteristics of the migrant workers more effectively than existing models, so as to improve the recommendation accuracy for the employment of the migrant workers.
