苦参种子质量检验方法的研究

摘要： 为规范中药材种子市场，保证种子的质量，制定苦参种子检验规程。参照中国农作物种子检验规程的方法和要求，对苦参种子的扦样、净度分析、真实性鉴定、千粒重测定、水分测定、发芽试验和生活力测定7项指标的检验方法进行了研究。初步建立了苦参种子质量检验的方法：即最少扦样量为120 g；真实性检验采用形态观察和种子大小测量；百粒法测定千粒重；高温烘干法(131±2)℃烘干时间1.5 h测定水分；0.5%四唑溶液中35℃避光染色3 h测定生活力；种子置纸床上20℃培养，5~15天进行发芽试验。

Abstract: Abstract: Obiective：To control the seed quality market, a study on the seed determination practice in Sophona flavescens was carried out. Method:Referring to the requirements and methods of the Specifications for Agricultural Seed Testing，seven quality indicators of Sophona flavescens seeds were tested including purity analysis，weight of 1000 seeds，verification of genuineness，moisture content，percentage germination，seed viability. Result and conclusion:The seed testing methods in Sophona flavescens was established.
