Based on the Shared Services Model of the Agricultural Resources Management WebGIS System

摘要: 根据现有农业资源管理信息系统在可视化表达和资源共享方面存在的不足,提出以农业资源共享服务模式为基础,结合富客户端WebGIS可视化表达与空间分析技术,构建农业资源管理系统的思路,并将该设计思想运用在“贵州省安顺市农业资源管理系统”的具体案例中。实践表明,运用共享服务模式来构建农业资源管理WebGIS系统不仅可以满足自身系统的业务需求,还能为其他应用系统提供数据共享服务,可以有效解决目前农业资源信息系统之间资源不能共享、重复建设,互操作难的问题,有效避免“信息孤岛”的产生,还可以直观的描述农业资源的时空分布、动态分析区域农业资源状况,为农业资源的管理、规划和决策提供了快速、直观和有效的手段。

Abstract: According to the deficiency of the existing agricultural resources management information system in the resource sharing and visualization, this article introduces a method of building agricultural resource management system base on agricultural resource sharing model and WebGIS technology. The practice showed that, the use of shared services model to construct the agricultural resources management WebGIS system could not only meet their system of business needs, but also for other application systems provide sharing service. This method could solve the present agricultural resource information system resource could not be shared, repeat construction, interoperability problems. At the same time, not only spatial and temporal distribution of agricultural resources, but also dynamic analysis of regional agricultural resources could be expressed intuitively. It provides a fast, intuitive and effective means for agricultural resources management, planning and decision-making.
