Abstract: From some aspects such as service subject, information service content, information communication carrier, information communication support system and service means, this article compared rural scientific and technological information communication between Fujian and Taiwan. Puts forward several new communication modes, gave some advices on the building of Fujian rural scientific and technological information communication innovation system from the perspective of government service ways, rural information infrastructure construction, information dissemination team construction and resource construction. This article also put forward some advice on innovating the rural scientific and technological information communication cooperation mechanism between Fujian and Taiwan such as adopting further polices, establishing strategic alliances and widing communication channels.
