基于Malmquist指数的农业全要素生产率动态分析——以山东省为例

A Dynamic Analysis on Agricultural Total Factor Productivity Based on Malmquist Index——taking Shandong province as an example

摘要: 文章运用Malmquist指数方法,对山东省2000-2011年农业全要素生产率的变动趋势进行了测算,并通过Malmquist指数的分解,分析了山东省农业全要素生产率变动的内在因素。结果表明,2000-2011年期间,山东省农业全要素生产率年均增长率为0.5%,其中,农业技术效率变化指数年均增长率为1%,而农业技术进步指数年均下降0.5%,技术进步的下降阻碍了农业全要素生产率的增长;从各地市看,有10个地市的全要素生产率是增长的,有7个地市的全要素生产率是下降的,大部分地市技术效率方面做得比较有效,技术进步方面有待改进。

Abstract: The article uses the Malmquist index method, Investigating the fluctuant trend of Shandong Province agricultural total factor productivity from 2000 to 2011 year, through the Malmquist index decomposition, analyzing the intrinsic motivation of Shandong Province agricultural total factor productivity. The results showed that the agricultural total factor productivity grew at 0.5% annually from 2000 to 2011, wherein, agricultural technical efficiency grew at 1% annually, the agricultural technology progress index fell 0.5% annually, technical progress decline hindered agricultural total factor productivity growth; from the cities situation, there are 10 cities in total factor productivity growth, there are 7 in total factor productivity drops, most technical efficiency to do more effective, technological progress needs to be improved.
