葛根和红苕藤营养成分比较研究

摘要: 目的 比较葛根和红薯蛋白质含量、淀粉含量、游离脂肪酸含量、粗纤维素含量、含水量和矿物质含量,方法 以3个不同来源地的葛根和红薯为材料,结果 葛根的根和叶片淀粉含量、游离脂肪酸含量、粗纤维素含量、和矿物质含量均高于红薯,红薯根和叶中蛋白质含量高于葛根;经过方差分析,葛根和红薯之间淀粉含量、游离脂肪酸含量、粗纤维素含量、矿物质含量和蛋白质含量差异显著。结论 葛根可以作为饲料的部分替代品。

Abstract: Objective To compared of nutrients in the pueraria DC and sweet potatoes. Method Three ueraria DC and sweet potatoes were selected to compare protein content, starch content, free fatty acids, crude fiber content, water content, and mineral content. Results The starch content, free fatty acids, crude fiber content, and mineral content among pueraria DC was higher than sweet potatoes, but protein content was lower among pueraria DC comparing with sweet potatoes. Differences of them were significant between pueraria DC and sweet potatoes. Conclusion Pueraria DC could be used as a portion of the feed alternatives.
