摘要: 摘要:环介导恒温扩增技术是一种特异、灵敏、简单的新型核酸扩增技术,目前,该技术已经被广泛应用于疾病诊断、食品安全检测及基因芯片等领域。本文综述了环介导恒温扩增法在植物病毒、类病毒检测中的应用,并讨论了其在应用中出现的问题及解决办法。

Abstract: Abstract:Loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP) is a new nucleic acid amplification technology with the advantage of high specificity, efficiency and rapidity. At present, the technology has been widely used in disease diagnosis, food safety testing and gene chip, etc. This paper reviews application of LAMP in the detection of plant virus and viroid, then discusss the problems and solutions which discovered in the process of application.
