Abstract: To promote farmers' sustained income is a major task in the new stag of Chinese economic and social development, and it is also one of three agricultural issues, it directly affects the development of our country in the new rural construction and the country lifeblood, the object of study is to seek effective ways and methods about increasing the income of farmers. This study adopts quantitative economics and facts survey method,to construct reasonable model of farmers' income structure and number in urbanization of rural areas of Heilongjiang province , and to carry on the comprehensive analysis and research of Heilongjiang province, then found that there are some ways of farmers' income increasing , for example , the main means of farmers' income from a single source way of agricultural production to secondary and tertiary industries , government financial subsidies is also increasing farmer's net income proportion. Therefore，it cause that per capita income of farmers in rural urbanization has improved, but the source of income approach and structure has a very big change, this paper explore more effective way to increase farmers' income in Heilongjiang province and all own country.
