植物性杀虫剂辣根素对天牛的防治研究

Control Effect of Allyl Isothiocyanate Against Longicorn Beetles

摘要: 为明确辣根素对天牛的熏蒸致死作用,在田间研究了辣根素不同剂量对天牛幼虫的熏蒸作用、对天牛熏蒸的致死时间、天牛蛀道以及封口的处理方式。结果表明,利用辣根素熏蒸防治天牛,将蛀道口处清理干净,以0.5~1.0 mL/孔的使用剂量进行处理,蛀道口及排粪孔用高岭土饱和盐水泥进行封闭,外用地膜包扎,在处理1天后对天牛可以达到96.7%以上的防治效果。辣根素是一种非常有效的防治天牛的植物性杀虫剂。

Abstract: In order to determine the control effect of ally isothiocyante(AITC) against longicorn beetles, the dosages and fumigation time of AITC to longicorn beetles larva, the treatment method of the tunnels and seals were studied in this paper. The results showed that by using 0.5-1.0 mL AITC per tunnel, the control effect was more than 96.7% one day after treatment, and the inside of the tunnels need not to be cleaned and using kaolin and plastic film to seal the tunnels. We can draw the conclusion that AITC was a very effective botanical insecticide to control longicorn beetles.
