1-萘酚对普通小球藻生理指标的影响

Effect of 1-Naphthol on Physiological Parameters of Chlorella vulgaris

摘要: 为了解1-萘酚对水生态系统中初级生产力的影响,以普通小球藻(Chlorella Vulgaris)为供试藻种,研究了1-萘酚对其生物量以及叶绿素a、丙二醛和可溶性蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明:1-萘酚对普通小球藻的生长具有明显的抑制作用,第7天时,1.0、3.0、6.0、12.0、18.0 mg/L 1-萘酚浓度组普通小球藻的生物量分别为对照组的60.26%、48.15%、41.32%、28.59%、27.10%,具有明显的剂量-效应关系。将普通小球藻暴露于不同浓度的1-萘酚(对照、1、5、10 mg/L)下,作用7天后,发现普通小球藻叶绿素a含量随着1-萘酚浓度的增加而下降,丙二醛含量逐渐上升,可溶性蛋白质的含量呈先升高后降低的变化趋势。试验结果表明,1-萘酚普通小球藻的生长能产生显著的抑制作用,从而降低水生态系统的初级生产力。

Abstract: In order to find the toxic effects of 1-Naphthol on the primary products in the aquatic ecosystems, the effects of 1-Naphthol on the biomass, chlorophyll a, Malondialdehyde (MDA), soluble protein of Chlorella vulgaris was carried out. The results showed that 1-Naphthol could inhibit the growth of Chlorella vulgaris, and after 7 days, the biomass of Chlorella vulgaris exposure to 1.0, 3.0, 6.0, 12.0, 18.0 mg/L was 60.26%, 48.15%, 41.32%, 28.59%, 27.10% of the control respectively. After 7 days of exposure to 1-Naphthol (0, 1, 5, 10 mg/L), the chlorophyll a content decreased with the concentration of 1-Naphthol increasing, the MDA content increased with the concentration of 1-Naphthol increasing, the content of soluble protein increased firstly and then decreased with the concentration of 1-Naphthol increasing. 1-Naphthol was high toxic to Chlorella vulgaris, and it could inhibit the growth of Chlorella vulgaris and therefore could decrease the primary product of aquatic eco-system.
