不同季节加拿大糖槭光合特性研究

Study on Photosynthesis of Acer saccharum Marsh in Different Seasons

摘要: 为了研究糖槭的光合特性,为糖槭的引种栽培提供理论参考,采用Li-COR 6400便携式光合分析仪对加拿大糖槭进行光合生理指标测定,选择不同的季节对加拿大糖槭的净光合速率(Pn)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr)等进行对比分析。结果表明:在春夏秋3个季节,加拿大糖槭的净光合速率日变化均呈双峰曲线型,并且均存在光合“午休”现象。通过3个季节加拿大糖槭的净光合速率和蒸腾速率日变化的比较,得出春夏秋3个季节的水分利用率的日变化为双峰曲线型,且秋季的水分利用率日平均值要高于春夏2季;不同季节影响净光合速率的生理生态因子有差异,但从总体表现来看,影响加拿大糖槭净光合速率的主要因子是光合有效辐射和气孔导度。

Abstract: In order to study the photosynthesis of Acer saccharum Marsh, and provide the theory reference to the induction of Acer saccharum Marsh. The author tested photosynthetic indexes of the Acer saccharum Marsh by using Li-6400 photosynthesis analyzer system in three different seasons, and analyzed net photosynthetic rate (Pn), intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci), stomata conductance (Gs) and transpiration rate. The results showed that: the curves of net photosynthetic rate (Pn) and transpiration rate (Tr) had two peaks during these seasons, and had midday depression. Compared the three seasons of Acer saccharum Marsh daily variation of net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate, the curves of water use efficiency had two peaks during these seasons, and the water use efficiency in autumn was higher than in spring and summer. The author also analyzed the relationship between Pn and multivariate. Different seasons had different Pn main influencing factors. The main factors effecting on Pn were photosynthetic active radiation and conductance of stomata.
