万石山思劳竹和中岩茶秆竹生物学特性研究

Studies on the Biological Characteristics of Schizostachyum wanshishanensis and Pseudosasa zhongyanensis

摘要: 万石山 竹和中岩茶秆竹是新近发现命名并已正式发表的2个竹类新分类群。笔者采用盆栽试验法,通过不同盐度梯度试验研究其耐盐性,并在其模式标本地分别采集土壤和叶片样本,研究其主要内含物成分、主要营养元素成分含量、叶片质膜透性(RPMP)、组织含水量(RWC)和水分饱和亏缺(WSD)、根系、叶片内部结构形态等生物学特性。研究结果将对2个竹类新分类群今后的产业开发,特别是在滨海盐碱地的推广应用,以及理论研究提供科学的参考依据。

Abstract: Two bamboo species of Schizostachyum wanshishanensis S. H. Chen, K. F. Huang et H. Z. Guo and Pseudosasa zhongyanensis S. H. Chen, K. F. Huang et H. Z. Guo were formal reported recently. In this paper, by watering the potted plants with treatments of different concentrations of NaCl solution(CK-0.0%, S1-0.1%, S2-0.3%, S3-0.5%, S4-0.7% and S5-1.0%), and sampling their model standard site soil and bamboo leaves, the biological characteristics of salt tolerance characteristics, main ingredients, main nutrient elements contents, RPMP and RWC and WSD contents, scanning electron microscope of root sections and leaf sections of the two bamboos were studied. The research results will be provided scientific basis for their theoretical research and industry development, especially the popularization and application in coastal saline land.
