有机蔬菜产业链运行绩效影响因素研究——以南京市调研数据为基础

An Study on Factors Influencing the Operating Performance of Organic Vegetable Industry Chain——from the Evidence of Nanjing

摘要: 将有机蔬菜产业链分为种植加工、流通配送、零售推广3个环节,考察了各环节的影响因素,构建了农产品供应链绩效模型,进而以南京市有机蔬菜产业链为例,分析各因素对产业链的影响。通过400份问卷数据进行实证分析,实证结果表明,3个环节对有机蔬菜产业链绩效产生影响的重要程度由高到低依次为:零售推广环节、流通配送环节和种植加工环节。

Abstract: In addition to classifying the industrial chain of organic vegetable into growing and processing, delivering and circulating and retailing, this article analyzes the factors of these three parts and establishes the performance model of supply of agricultural products, thus faking the industrial chain of organic vegetable in Nanjing for example and analyzing the influence of each factor on this chain. After analyzing 400 questionnaires, this article concludes that these three parts can be ranked according to their significance of influence on the entire industrial chain of organic vegetable follows: retailing, delivering and circulating, and growing and processing.
