免耕栽培对植烟土壤理化性状及烤烟根系生长的影响

Effects of Tobacco No-tillage Cultivating on Soil Physical and Chemical Properties and Root Growth

摘要: 通过在稻田土壤进行烤烟免耕栽培试验,研究比较了免耕栽培与常规栽培对植烟土壤及烤烟根系生长的影响。结果表明,免耕A、B 2个处理较常规栽培的耕层变浅,土壤容重除A处理的表层(5~ 10 cm)略有增大,其余基本相同,适宜于烤烟生长;土壤pH、有机质、碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾以及全氮、缓效钾的含量差异不大;土壤微生物之间有一定差异,但对土壤酶的活性影响较小;免耕栽培A处理的烤烟根幅较常规栽培的略宽,分布变浅,主根变短,但侧根数量增多、鲜重和干重略大,B处理的根幅与常规栽培的较接近,侧根的数量略多,鲜重和干重均略大。

Abstract: The effects of tobacco no-tillage cultivating and conventional cultivation on the tobacco planting soil physical and chemical properties and root growth were compared in the research. The result of no-tillage cultivating treatment showed that the soil arable layer were shallow. The soil arable layer bulk density of treatment A was appreciably increased, while other treatments were almost same. The contents of soil pH, organic matter, available nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium, total nitrogen, slowly available potassium had little difference among all treatments. The soil microorganism had certain differences among all treatments, but the effects of the activity of soil enzyme were less. Compared with conventional cultivation, the tobacco root range of no-tillage cultivating of treatment A were appreciably wider, and the distribution were shallow, and the main root were shorter, but the lateral root number and fresh and dry weight were appreciably increased. Compared with conventional cultivation, the tobacco root range of no-tillage cultivating of treatment B were resemble and the lateral root number and fresh and dry weight were appreciably increased.
