大肠杆菌生物膜的筛选及生长曲线测定

Screening Biofilm and Determination Growth Biofilm of Curve in Escherichia coli

摘要: 为探究犊牛腹泻病中大肠杆菌生物膜的形成过程。本试验利用96孔微量板法,对分离鉴别的犊牛腹泻粪便中的60株大肠杆菌进行生物膜的筛选和统计。结果表明:得到了9株生物膜阳性大肠杆菌,并测定出大肠杆菌生物膜阳性菌的生长曲线。从而确定大肠杆菌生物膜形成的四个时期:初粘附、粘附、生物膜的成熟、脱落等过程且不同大肠杆菌生物膜形成时间不尽相同。为临床上治疗犊牛腹泻病提供了新的理论依据。

Abstract: The biofilm explored the formation process of E. coli in the calf diarrhea. The experiment used the 96-well micro plate method screened and counted biofilm in 60 strains in E. coli from calf diarrhea fecal which were separated and identified in laboratory. The results showed that get nine positive biofilms in E. coli and determined the positive biofilm growth curve in E. coli. The test concluded and known the biofilm formation period contained four stages: initial adhesion, adhesion, mature biofilm and shedding processes, and then in different biofilm formation process varied in E. coli. The experiment was aimed of providing a new theoretical basis for the treatment against calves diarrhea in clinical.
