木醋液对有机烟草产质量及病害的影响

Effects of Pyroligneous Acid application on Yield, Quality and Disease Infection of Organic Tobacco

摘要: 通过田间小区试验,将木醋液施入植烟土壤和叶面喷施,研究了木醋液对有机烟草产量和品质的影响,探讨木醋液对有机烟草生长及品质改善方面的作用。研究结果表明:施用木醋液增加了有机烟草产量和产值,根施150 kg/hm2和叶面喷施稀释1000倍木醋液处理效果最好,分别使产量增加了32.0%和25.4%,产值增加了52.0%和32.4%。对有机烟草的茎围没有明显影响,但在烟草打顶期可增加烟草的株高和最大叶面积。明显提高了有机烟叶钾含量,叶面喷施稀释1000倍木醋液处理比对照增加了1.44%,并且叶面喷施的效果要优于根施,有机烟叶的有机物质总糖、还原糖、烟碱含量适中,化学成分比例更协调。明显降低了有机烟草普通花叶病和黑胫病的发病率,对烟草白粉病没有影响。

Abstract: Effects of pyroligneous application on yield and quality of organic tobacco were studied by field plot experiments. The influence and role of treatments with root pouring fertilizer and foliar-spraying dilute solution on organic tobacco grows and quality was compared in this study. The results showed that the application of pyroligneous increased the yields and production value of organic tobacco and treatments with 150 kg/hm2 root pouring fertilizer and spraying of 1000 times diluted solution were relatively better. The yield was increased by 32.0% and 25.4% while the production value was increased by 52.0% and 32.4%. However, vary of organic tobacco stem diameter was not significantly with application of pyroligneous, but increasing plant height and maximal leaf area during topping stage. The effect of spraying diluted solution on potassium content of organic tobacco leaves was superior to root pouring fertilizer, spraying of 1000 times diluted solution was the best treatment which increased the potassium content by 1.44%. The total sugar, reducing sugar and nicotine of organic tobacco were moderate and its coordination was better than control. The application of pyroligneous significantly reduced the incidence of organic tobacco mosaic disease and black shank, but had no effect on tobacco powdery mildew.
