城镇基准地价评估相关问题探讨——以甘肃省甘谷县为例

摘要: 为了解决城镇基准地价评估中出现的各种问题,以甘肃省甘谷县为例,运用比较研究法和回归分析法,针对城镇基准地价评估中易出现的样点资料不符合规程要求、估价区域无样点及无样点区域基准地价修正体系的编制等问题,提出解决途径,为其他地区城镇基准地价评估提供方法借鉴。

Abstract: In order to analyze the problems in the process of appraisal of standard land price in Gangu County and seek solutions. Comparative method and regression analysis method were used. Based on analysis of the problems, such as the sample data do not conform to the requirements of the rules, the calculation of the land prices in urban without sample, and the formation of land prices correction system without sample, then put forward solutions. And it can provide methods and reference for other regional urban standard land price evaluation.
