洞庭湖芦苇生物量累积规律与降解糖化特性的初步研究

Research of Biomass Accumulation and Saccharification Characteristics of Phragmites australis in Dongting Lake

摘要: 为生物质能源的开发利用提供理论依据,对洞庭湖芦苇(Phragmites australis)的生物量累积规律与降解糖化特性进行初步研究。以湖南洞庭湖的芦苇为试验材料,对其地上部分月生物量变化及降解产糖进行研究。结果表明:(1)株高从4月开始一直呈增长趋势,9月生长基本停止,鲜重和干重均呈相似的变化趋势;(2)综纤维产量也呈增长趋势,至9月其含量达最高78.7%;(3)经碱解和酶解联合处理后,茎和叶的还原糖得率可分别达237.17 mg/g和242.62 mg/g。

Abstract: In order to provide theoretical basis for the development and utilization of biomass energy, the author analyzed biomass accumulation, degradation and saccharification characteristics of Phragmites australis. With Phragmites australis as materials, samples were collected monthly to explore biomass changes and saccharification characteristics of Phragmites australis. The results show that: (1) the plant height had been on the rise since April, and it stopped growing in September, fresh weight and dry weight present similar change trend, (2) Phragmites australis fiber production was subsequently increasing up to 78.7% in September; (3) After alkaline hydrolysis and the processing of enzymolysis, the reducing sugar yield of Phragmites australis leaf and stem could reach 237.17 mg/g and 242.62 mg/g, respectively.
