Abstract: The change of the dry rubber content, soluble solids content, thiol content, sucrose content, inorganic phosphorus content and protein content in the latex of rootstock and scion on different yield rubber budding tree were analysis in the article for discussing the relationship between nutrient content and yield. The results showed that (1) There is no difference between the rootstock and scion in supper-high-yield and high-yield rubber tree beside the thiol content and the sucrose content in rootstock of supper-high-yield rubber tree is very significantly higher than the scion itself, but the dry rubber content and the soluble solids content in scion of CK is very significantly higher than the rootstock itself. (2) The nutrient content in rootstock of higher yield rubber tree are higher relatively, the dry rubber content, soluble solids content, thiol content and sucrose content in supper-high-yield rubber tree are very significantly higher than the high-yield and CK. (3) The thiol content, sucrose content and protein content have no very significantly difference in the scion. The good rootstock material is more important than the nutrient transportation between the rootstock and scion for higher yield on rubber budding tree.
