海藻酸钠固定化包埋对枯草芽孢杆菌有机磷降解效果的影响

Effect of Bacillus subtilis Immobilized by Sodium Alginate on Organic Phosphor Removal

摘要: 为了得到菌株最佳的固定化包埋条件,采用海藻酸钠和氯化钙对枯草芽孢杆菌包埋固定化,以固定化枯草芽孢杆菌对有机磷降解率为主要指标,通过与未固定化细胞有机磷降解效果的比较,研究枯草芽孢杆菌的最佳固定化包埋条件。结果表明:当海藻酸钠浓度为4%、CaCl2浓度为3%、包菌量为2%、固定化时间为2 h、达到最佳包埋效果,此时细胞表现出较好的降解性能。并且与没有包埋的细胞相比,包埋固定化细胞对pH、温度表现出很强的环境耐受性。

Abstract: To achieve optimal immobilized condition, Bacillus subtilis was immobilized by sodium alginate and calcium chloride. The optimal immobilized condition was explored through comparing the organophosphate removal efficiency of the immobilized bacteria with the non-immobilized ones. The results showed that, the highest organophosphate removal efficiency was achieved when the concentration of sodium alginate and CaCl2 was 4% and 3%, respectively, and the bacteria entrapment reached 2%, and the time of immobilization was 2 h. Compared with the non-immobilized cells, the immobilized ones have a high tolerance for the variation of temperature and pH value.
