药用植物抗寒生理研究进展

Study Progression about Medicinal Plant Cold-resistance of Physiological

摘要: 低温是限制药用植物生长、发育及产量品质形成的重要因素之一,研究低温对药用植物的影响有助于药用植物进化、分布及道地药材形成等方面的研究。本研究系统总结分析了药用植物抗寒性与生物膜、渗透调节物质、植物生长物质、活性氧平衡和保护酶活性及植物次生代谢产物的相互关系,提出了从植物的交叉适应与学科交叉2个方面进行药用植物抗寒性的研究,进而为深入研究药用植物抗寒鉴定提供了理论基础。

Abstract: The low temperature was one of the important factors to limit the growth and development of medicinal plant as well as the formation of yield quality. The study of low temperature which effected on medicinal plants would contribute to research the evolution of medicinal plants, the information and distribution of Daodi Chinese medicinal materials. This paper summarized and analyzed the interrelation of cold- resistant medicinal plants with biofilm, osmotic regulation substances, plant growth substances, active oxygen balance, protective enzyme activity and plant secondary metabolites, proposed the research on coldresistance of medicinal plants from two aspects of plants, such as adaptation and cross-disciplinary, and then provided a theoretical basis for future research on the identification of cold-resistance of medicinal plants.
