珍禽贵妃鸡体尺性状和血液生理生化指标的测定与分析

Measurement and Analysis of Body Size and Blood Physiological and Biochemical of Rare Princess Chicken

摘要: 为给珍禽贵妃鸡的人工饲养繁殖、健康状况检测及经济开发等提供科学的参考数据和理论依据,本试验对12周龄贵妃鸡进行体尺性状和血液生理生化指标测定。结果表明:(1)公鸡活重极显著高于母鸡(P<0.01),龙骨长、胫围和胫长显著高于母鸡(P<0.05),公鸡体斜长高于母鸡,没有达到显著水平(P>0.05);(2)血液生理生化:公鸡红细胞分布宽度(RDW)在数值上显著高于母鸡(P<0.05),其他血液生理指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。公鸡的a-羟丁酸脱氢酶(a-HBDH)指标在数值上显著高于母鸡(P<0.05),甘油三酯(TG)和尿酸(UA)指标在数值上显著低于母鸡(P<0.05),碱性磷酸酶(ALP)指标在数值上极显著低于母鸡(P<0.01),其他血液生化指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。贵妃鸡的血液生理生化指标具有相对稳定性,这一结果能为贵妃鸡选育、健康状况、疾病防治和饲养管理提供参考。结果也表明贵妃鸡具有较好的抗病及抗应激能力。

Abstract: In order to provide scientific reference and theoretical basis for breeding, health testing and economic development of princess chicken. The body size traits and blood physiological and biochemical indexes of 12-week-old princess chicken were measured. The results showed that, (1)Live weight of male princess chicken was very significantly higher than those of female chickens(P<0.01), keel length, shinbone girth and Shank length were significantly higher than those of female chickens(P<0.05), body length was higher than those of female chickens, not reached significant level (P>0.05); (2)The blood physiological and biochemical: Red blood cell distribution width (RDW) of male12-week-old princess chicken was significantly higher than those of female chickens (P<0.05), a-hydroxy butyric acid dehydrogenase (a-HBDH) index of male12-week-old princess chicken was significantly higher than those of female chickens (P<0.05), triglyceride (TG) and uric acid (UA) index was significantly lower than those of female chicken (P<0.05), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) index was very significantly lower than the those of female chickens (P<0.01), other Blood physiological and biochemical indicators were no significant difference (P>0.05). The blood biochemical indicators of 12-week-old princess chicken were relatively stable, this conclusion provided a certain theoretical reference to breeding, disease diagnosis, treatment and management of princess chicken and also showed that the princess chicken owned good disease resistance and anti-stress ability.
