Progression of Seed-associated Microorganism

摘要: 种子微生物是寄附于种子内、外部或种子之间的各种微生物的统称,是影响种子活力的一个重要因素。为了更好地对种子微生物进行控制和利用,本研究通过查阅文献资料,围绕种子微生物的主要类群和来源、普遍性和多样性、主要研究方法以及对种子活力影响四个方面归纳了其最新研究进展及当前存在的问题,并根据已有结果指出了该领域未来的研究方向。

Abstract: Seed-associated microorganism was a general term for a variety of microbes from the external, internal of the seed and between seed, which was also an important factor for the seed vigor. In order to control and use seed-associated microorganisms, in this paper, through consulting the literature materials, research progress and the present existed problems in the main group and source, universality and diversity, research method, the relationship between seed-associated microorganisms and seed vigor were summarized and several future research directions in the area were suggested.
