新疆草原糙苏抑菌作用的研究

Study on Antibacterial Activities of Pholmis pratensis from Xinjiang

摘要: 为探讨新疆草原糙苏的抑菌活性,对新疆草原糙苏最佳提取溶剂进行筛选并对其抑菌作用进行研究。采用滤纸片法和二倍稀释法研究新疆草原糙苏不同溶剂提取物抑菌效果,并对其最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)进行测定。结果表明:新疆草原糙苏95%乙醇和乙酸乙酯提取物有较强的抑菌效果。95%乙醇提取物对大肠杆菌的MIC为0.25 g/mL,MBC为0.25 g/mL;对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC为0.0625 g/mL,MBC为0.125 g/mL;对变形杆菌的MIC为0.0625 g/mL,MBC为0.125 g/mL。新疆草原糙苏具有较明显的抑菌效果,不同溶剂提取物抑菌作用不同。

Abstract: To explore the antibacterial activity of Pholmis pratensis, the author screened best extraction solvent of Pholmis pratensis and studied its inhibitory effect. The filter paper method and the double dilution method were used to investigate the antibacterial activities of different Pholmis pratensis solvent extracts, and its minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) were determined. The results showed that 95% ethanol and ethyl acetate extract of Pholmis pratensis had strong antibacterial effect. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 95% ethanol extract to Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Proteus were 0.25, 0.0625, 0.0625 g/mL respectively and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) were 0.25, 0.125, 0.125 g/mL. Pholmis pratensis had obvious inhibitory effect and different solvent extracts had different antimicrobial effect.
