Review on the Physiological Response and Metabolism of Boron and Potassium Stress on Root

摘要: 硼和钾都是植物正常生长所必需的元素,硼素营养和钾素营养对植物根系的生长代谢具有一定的调节作用。为了更好地了解硼钾在植根系内的代谢规律和相互作用,综述了硼、钾胁迫以及硼钾互作条件下植物根系生长代谢调控机理,总结了硼、钾胁迫对硼在根系的吸收转运、同化产物向根系运输及代谢等的影响,指出今后应加强硼钾胁迫下以及其相互作用对根系的影响方面的研究。

Abstract: Both boron and potassium are the essential elements for growth and development of higher plants, and they play a regulatory role in growth and metabolism of plant root system. In order to understand the metabolism of boron or potassium and interaction of boron and potassium within the root, this review analyzed the metabolic regulation mechanism in plant root system under boron or potassium stress and their interaction, summarized the effects of boron and potassium stress on transport and absorption of boron, assimilation productions’transport and metabolism in root boron. Finally, problems and prospects of researches about enhancing the impact of stress of boron or potassium and their interaction on plant roots were proposed.
